In an effort to make your job more headache-free, we are implementing a brand new system here at catmandu, Inc. The system will be streamlined, effortless, and most importantly, it will allow us to do what we do best: providing exceptional IT support to both our business and residential clients.

For residential clients our system used to worked like this: A client brings in their device, we tell them we will call them once the diagnosis is discovered and at that point, we will either get the customer’s approval or rejection to move forward with the repair. The problem lies in the use of the phone to contact clients. In the age of texting and emailing, clients often miss their phone calls, causing the repair to be delayed by hours or even days.

To combat this problem, our new system will utilize SMS text messaging and emailing, as opposed to phone calls, to communicate with you, our client. We can alert you of your computer’s diagnosis, keep you updated with the status of your system, and tell you when your computer is ready to be picked up. The entire process will be easy and efficient for you.

The new system will greatly benefit our business clients as well. You will be able to create a ticket using our online portal and at that time, we will either schedule a time to come to your business or we will fix the problem remotely. This allows us to take care of any issue you may have efficiently, reducing your downtime dramatically.

All clients will be able to log in to their very own personalized account on our portal where you can view your communications with us, track the status of your ticket, accept bids, update your preferences, verify appointments and pay your bill.
